This is another example of a wishing well bottle made by the same artist as the other bottles with wishing wells. This one has a plain wooden stopper with a hand holding an open book, and the wishing well inside is similar to the others. It appears that all six wishing well bottles, as well as number of bottles with tools and miscellaneous four-posted structures were all made by the same person, who possibly came from Vermont or very northern New York state. |
