This flask contains a framed copy of a cartoon by H. T. Webster of the old New York Herald Tribune. An old man is showing a boy his whittled whimsey. The bottle is signed on the back "1985 V.I.R.," which, I was told, was one Virgil I. Rohl, but I can't find any record of his existence. Someone else told me they thought his name was Roth.
