| Description, including signature and date |
| This is another example of the fan bottles attributed to Adam Selick of Pennsylvania. It contains a structure similar to the others and lots of fans and birds, and it comes from the Pittsburgh area. It contains a sign with Mary and Alvin Schoch (hard to read) on it, and it is dated 1893. Other confirmed Selick bottles were made for couples, one acknowledged as a gift. This one is not signed with Selick's name.
