| This bottle contains a cross and tools, most of which is painted either black, dark green or dark red. The "body" on the cross is a round whittled head with a penciled face, and a round whittled red ball for a body. On top of the head is what appears to be a chalice (see closeup on the right). The most unusual item in the bottle is a fat snake, bigger around than the cross itself, climbing up the back of the cross (see bottom picture). It looks more like a lizard! |
